Here we have a header for 4 inch panel ICF wall with light framed second story and roof load above.

It is a relatively small span header but this is going over a number of windows in a number of buildings

I have also discussed New-8-Inch-Panel-Wall-And-Footing-To-Existing-8-Inch-Panel-Wall

and Buildblock-8-Ich-Panel-Wall-To-Be-Fastened-To-8-Inch-Panel-Buildblock-Wall-Already-In-Place

and Joining-New-4-inch-ICF-Panel-Wall-To-8-inch-ICF-Panel-Wall-In-Place

and ICF-4-Inch-Panel-Wall-And-Footing-To-Existing-8-Inch-Panel-Wall
