Here an 8 inch panel BuildBlock ICF wall had been built. A new 8 inch panel BuildBlock had to be fastened across -- a T connection if you will.
I specified drilling and grouting some rebar dowels into the existing wall and then lapping them with the horizontal reinforcing steel of the new wall.
