In my post Remodeling-Whole-House-In-Southeastern-Michigan-Project-NapR1-101, I showed you some framing pictures from inside the house.
Now let us look at the exterior of the house. I am going to take you all around the house. Rick has done a good job with the exterior finish on the house. It looks beautiful.
The owners are anxious to get all the work completed and they would like to move in by the end of July-2008. It will take serious planning and punch-listing everything that remains to be done, setting up a realistic schedule and then following through with it on daily basis -- that is the only way the project can be 100% completed by end of July-2008.
Let me show you some pictures of the exterior of the house. It looks beautiful. I will keep you posted as we go along.
