The First-Floor-ICF-Walls-Concrete-Placement_for-Stehr-House-in-Highland-Twp-Michigan was completed on Nov-06-2006.

I took some pictures today of the wall-plate installation work that was done over the last couple of days. The treated wood wall plates were installed on top of the First Floor ICF walls will sill-seal and anchored to the walls through bolts at nominally 5 ft c/c that were cast into the wall concrete.

Dave Dotson, Matt Lincoln, and the crew have done a good job -- T H A N K S Guys!

The trusses have been delivered to the project site. We are looking forward to erecting the roof trusses and enclosing the shell before the real cold weather is upon us.
