Our last update on steel framing in porch area was on Nov-29-2006 and we had talked about footings for the posts in the porch area in our Nov-21-2006 update.

Today, Dave Dotson and Darrell worked on completing the installation of floor joist, metal deck for the proch concrete floor and the posts all the way to the roof level.

We are planning on placing concrete -- pouring concrete in the trade lingo -- in the main floor slab as well as the porch area slab. Weather permitting, we are planning on placing concrete in the main floor and the porch area slab.

From the pictures I took today you will see that it was sunny in the morning and it started to snow in the afternoon.
