I inspected the building and listed the items that need to be fixed -- and a pemit was pulled by the owners to make the needed fixes. In a meeting on Jan-29-2007, a commitment was made on behalf of the building owner that needed fixes will be made within 50 days to make the building safe -- that will get the building off the dangerous building list in the Mar-2007 meeting so it will not have to be demolished. Inside of the building will be cleaned up enough to make it into a white box. Then when the building is rented, leased or sold, the new user will be able to pull a permit for the intended usage of the building. The work to make the needed fixes was started on Feb-02-2007 and should be completed in a few days. If the work can be satisfactorily completed before the next meeting of Feb-19-2007, the owners will get the building off the dangerous building list on Feb-19-2007 instead of waiting for the Mar-2007 meeting.
