We started installing the forms for the First Floor ICF walls on Oct-30-2006. Rain and cold weather has hampered field work. The basement-icf-Walls-concrete-placement_for-Stehr-House-in-Highland-Twp-Michigan took place on Oct-06-2006. For the First Floor walls, We are using Reddi-Wall forms -- these are 10" wide, 5 ft long, and 12" high.

The installeation of first-floor-steel-open-web-joists-and metal-deck_for-Stehr-House-in-Highland-Twp-Michigan was completed on Oct-23-2006.

You will see from some pictures that I have taken over the past few days, the walls are braced, the scaffolding is in place -- Dave Dotson, Matt Lincoln, and the crew have made good progress -- they have worked at times through rain, snow, and hail.

The door and window buck installation work has yet to be completed. Gluing the blocks as necessary, sealing all the areas, and all that is needed for readi-ness for concrete placement will hopefully be completed for the planned Friday, Nov-03-concrete placement.

If we can't get everything ready for Friday's concrete placement, we will shoot for Monday, Nov-06-2006 morning.
