Harrison Plaza at 5-Mile Road in Livonia Michigan is receiving a face-lift. As you will notice from the picture of a stores that I have stiched together, the original design called for a short 4 ft wide canopy over the walkway in front of the stores.

The face-lift consists of sprucing up the facade -- by extending the canopy using wood rafters and and a wood decking on top of the exising canopy. The short 4 ft wide canopy did not provide enough protection to the shoppers from rain snow and sleet.

So, the face-lift is going to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing -- providing great curb-side appeal. I will show you picture of the front of the mall and then some pictures of the face-lift work in progress.
