In our last update erecting the roof trusses on Nov-14-2006-- I had indicated we will hopefully be back on this job on Nov-16-2006. Well, we couldn't till today. Nov-16-2006.

We have made good progress today. While Matt Lincoln and his crew has been working on the roof, Dave Dotson, and Darrell have been working on the excavation for footings for the posts in the porch area that will be needed for support of the roof. We hope to place concrete for the footings for these posts tomorrow, Nov-21-2006.

As you will notice from some pictures I took today, we made good progress. It has been a productive day. Forgive me if today's pictures are a bit fuzzy. I have been playing with the resolution on my Hewlett Packard camera. Even though my HP camera is capable of 5.1 MegaPixel, I think pictures from my Sony 3.1 MegaPixel capable camera are sharper -- see project Block-Wall Reinforcement With Carbon-Fiber/Kevlar-Grid. Yes indeed, the pictures I took today are horrible -- I have cut most of them out -- looking at the two I have kept you will see why!
