We talked about the Electrical Meter and Panel Installation in our Dec-07-2006 update. The Electrical Transformer was installed on Oct-26-2006.

The Highland Township Electrical Inspector came by today and we did not get a green tag -- yup, sure our fault, the area underneath the location of the meters was not backfilled -- the top of the meters should be no more than 6'-6" from the grade level.

We will have the grade brought up and request reinspection -- and hopefully pass the inspection.

You can see the water proofing membrane line -- that is nominally the finished grade line.

You can see on the red tag -- the top of the meters should be no higher than 6'-6" from the grade line.
