We continued working on the Basement ICF Walls for Stehr House in Highland Twp Michigan
after where we had left on Oct-03-2006 start

Most of the work today went into
1) installing the door and and window bucks;
2) installing the Simpson Strong-Tie anchors for the rim joist which will support the open-web-steel-joists which will carry the metal-deck for the concrete slab;
3) and banding the various sections of the ICF forms to ensure that the forms as erected will be able to take the pressure from concrete placement safely and securely

You will see from some pictures that I took at around 2:30 PM couple of hours before the end of the work day, Dave Dotson, Matt Licoln, and crew Damian, Darrell, Dave, Nate, and Zack made good progress today. We are shooting for placing concrete in the walls tomorrow morning Friday, Oct-06-2006. The pump has been arranged, the Redi-Mix supplier has been contacted -- well let us see how it goes.
