The existing property is on a multi-acre site and is located on a main county road in Romulus Michigan. There are a number of existing buildings on the property.

The owners want to set up a landscaping business on this property. Plans are to convert the existing house on this property into an office and the existing Garage and the Barn will be turned into service facilities and storage for items that need protection from elements.

Open Storage areas will be created for types and sizes of stone, aggregate, soils, mulch, and so forth.

The site plan will need to address items such as proper land utilization, access to all the facilities, site drainage, areas that need to be paved and so forth.

I have posted a few pictures showing the existing buildings on the project site.
