Rosie O'Grady's Restaurant & Pub on 23 Mile Road in Chesterfield Twp Michigan -- Building Addition and Upgrading

The rough framing is all done. Now on passing the rough framing inspection, we are getting ready for the Dry Wall work. In the last post we talked about Sprinkler-Heads-And-Piping-Installation.

Today, on Sep-19-2008, we welcomed the Building Official from Chesterfield Township at the project site for the rough framing inspection.

Marler Harlow of Harlow and Sons Construction, the General Contractor for the building addition project, and I accompanied the Building Official for a walkdown of the entire project -- the Building Official conducted a thorough inspection, made some helpful suggestions, and found that the rough framing work had been completed satisfactorily.

So, Thanks to the good work by all the team members working on the project, we passed the rough framing inspection.

Here are some typical pictures that I took during our walk down with the Building Official. Now the installation of Dry Wall can begin. I will keep you posted as we go along.
