Please look at Picture 1 only first ... no peeking further -- don't look at Picture 2 yet. How do you like the looks of the building addition? Now honest ... is it the Artist's rendering or is it the finished product?

If you did say it is is the finished product ... you would be right -- because the artist has done a great job in providing a rendering of how it will look when completed.

Now you may take a peek at picture 2 -- the work on the building addition in progress. Really, I wasn't trying to trick you -- after all isn't that the purpose of the rendering -- to simulate the real life looks.
