Rosie O'Grady's Restaurant & Pub on 23 Mile Road in Chesterfield Twp Michigan -- Building Addition and Upgrading

In my earlier posts I talked about Footings-For-Building-Addition and concrete placement in the footings.

Here I present some pictures of the installation of ICF walls for the building addition to window sill level. The ICF walls are from Reddi-Wall -- 10" wide screen-grid type panels 12" tall and 5 ft long.

The blocks have been laid straight, square and plumb, the horizontal rebars are in place, the walls are braced, and are ready for concreting, hopefully tomorrow, Jun-07-2008. I will keep you posted with progress pictures as we go along.
