I talked about renovation of Renovation-of-Commercial-Building-in-Wayne-Michigan in my post of Jul-03-2006. This commercial building with a wide main road frontage had been lying vacant for some time --so it had not been maintained and was in a state of disrepair. The building had come about in several phases. The East side of the building has a precast prestressed concrete roof. The West side of the building is roofed over with wood trusses.

Restoring the structural integrity of the building did pose some challenges. Hassane Oseili of Quality One Construction did a good job with the renovation of the building.

The renovation work has been completed. Part of the building has been leased and the owner is working on leasing the rest of the building.

I visited the project site recently -- and I present here some pictures of the renovated building -- it is looking good.
