This building is located at 35435 Michigan Avenue in Wayne Michigan. The single story building has a pitched roof, has a basement and houses three apartments.

The building has been lying vacant for some time and so is in a state of disrepair. The City of Wayne Building Department has the building on its dangerous building list.

Now Andrew Slovik of Aero realty -- the new owner has decided to rehabilitate the building so it can be rented.

The City of Wayne will like to ensure that the building is safe and fit for renting before the owner can get an occupancy permit.
