As I stated in my post of Mar-02-2007 Rehabilitation of Apartment Building for Aero Realty in Wayne Michigan, the building has been lying vacant for some time.

As the building is on City of Wayne Building Department's dangerous building list, it must be ensured that the building is structurally sound -- that will take it off the dangerous building list.

Then the building must be brought to code to comply with the cuurent City ordinances to enable the owners to get an occupancy permit so the building can be rented.

I have posted here a drawing showing the existing and the proposed floor plans of the building .
