In my post Rehabilitation-Of-An-Existing-Commercial-Building-2-As-A-
MotorCyle-Accessories-Store of May-14-2007, I posted a drawing of the
work that needed to be done to ensure the structural integrity of the
building.

Successful completion of the work to ensure the structural integrity of the
building will get the building off the dangerous building list.

After getting the building off the dangerous building list, we need to submit
details regarding the usage of the building, future expansion plans, and the
use of the entire site.

I present here a few pictures that cover the entire site -- and working with
the Building Department at City of Wayne, we will get to the conceptual site
plan -- I will present that in a future post.
