Rehabilitating-An-Existing-House-In-Wayne-Michigan-Project-MarB1-101 -- Rehabilitating Existing House -- Restoring Structural Integrity

The ogriginal construction is of 1890s vintage. The owner is trying to rehabilitate this house. Some framing modifications had been initiated by the owner. The Building Department has now asked for drawings of the house -- so a proper Building Permit can be pulled before the rough framing can be inspected and approved.

Here are some pictures of the exterior of the house -- I will keep you posted with more pictures of the interior framing work .
