Today, on this hazy early afternoon of Saturday Jan-12-2008, we had an opportunity to look at this prized wooded lake-front lot as a potential site for a two story 4500 sft ICF home with a basement.

This lot is a beautiful setting -- with a flat plateau in the front and sloping down to the base at the lake level -- for a walk-out basement, nice play area for the kids, a patio, and an in-ground swimming pool ... the potential owners have a lot of choices here for their dream home.

We were looking at the overall features of this lot whether it can accommodate the needs of a typical family needing say 4 bed rooms, a suite for in-laws, au pair, or live-in help, and so forth.

I present here some pictures of the lot and the neighboring houses to the left and the right of this wooded lake-front lot for a potential home site.
