Industrial Building Addition Work

In my last post I showed you the Industrial-Building-Addition_Project-Status-As-Of-2008-11-04-ColB1-103.

The building addition work which consisted of foundation work for the building addition, loading dock for the building addition, erection of the premanufactured building frame and the superstructure, installation of the crane runway, the superstructure work, civil work on the site and concrete paving of the site is all complete. The building addition has been opened up to integrate it with the existing building.

For the industrial process, two pits were added in the building floor-- these have to be shown on the as-built drawings; additionally, the loading dock and the truckwell doors were moved further to the North. These changes and the as-built civil work grades and appurtenances will be part of the as-built drawings that will be submitted for the final occupancy permit.

Here are a few pictures that I took on my field visit of Mar-11-2009.
