Steel Floor Framing

The steel floor joists are fastened with screws to rim joists which in turn are fastened to concrete of the ICF walls.

Attachment of Rim Joist to ICF walls

The rim joists are fastened with screws to Simpson Strong Tie (or equivalent attachment) that is embedded in concrete of ICF wall.
