ICF-House-New-Construction-Dormer-Window-Addition

The home-owner added a Dormer Window on the North-East side -- after the completion of rough inspection of the house.

In my post ICF-House-New-Construction-Framing-Issues-Project-EneE1OmaE1-101, I talked about the framing issues and resolution of the open items.

For this after the fact situation, I made a site visit, I interviewed the contractor and the home owner, I looked at the pictures of the modifications made to the framing by the home-owner, and found that all work had bben carried out in a work-man like manner.

I present here some pictures that I took today on Jun-03-2008 -- Pictures 1 and 2 of the dormers were taken from inside the house, and pictures 3,4,5, and 6 show the progress pictures of this nice looking house nearing completion.
