HVAC system and Equipment is being provided by Ray Angers of RLA Design of Algonac Michigan. My last post on the STEHR house was on After-Shell-Completion-Work_for-Stehr-House-in-Highland-Twp-Michigan, Feb-05-2007.

Dave Dotson was at the site yesterday to fix some cut radiant heat tubing for the Second Floor. Ater fixing the cut tubing, he pressurized the tubing to ensure that there were no leaks and for the Mechanical Inspector to check the gauge that the pressure is holding and the radian heat tubing has been installed correctly.

I was at the project site today on Friday Feb-16-2007. Gary and Papa Stehr were busy installing the HVAC equipment. The 5 Ton Mammoth unit, the ERV unit, the flex duct and the appurtenances and fixtures for Geothermal system are at the project site.

A number of holes had to be core drilled into the main Floor concrete slab, and the East wall of the house. Gary and Papa Stehr have done a great job with core drilling the holes -- the cut holes look neat and clean and no heat tubing has been cut.

STEHRs have indeed been busy with the installation of the HVAC equipment -- here are some pictures of the work in progress.
