In my last post on this house project Fixing-Leak-In-Basement-Existing-House-In-Southeastern-Michigan-Part2 I showed you Herb Simms and his partner John's crew working on the fix -- uncovering the area next to the wall, exposing the crack in the concrete wall, waterproofing the crack and making a French Drain where the ditch had been dug.
Here is a picture of Herb Simms looking at the completed job. Herb Simms and his partner John's good work should result in the leak fixed and a happy customer and more referrals for Herb Simms and John.
