In my last post on this house project we talked about Fixing-Leak-In-Basement-Existing-House-In-Southeastern-Michigan.

In this post, we are going to look at the cracks in face bricks and some broken face bricks on the North wall of the house above the Second Floor level. Herb Simms and his partner John are the contractor for this project.

Here are some pictures of the portion of the wall where John has removed the broken bricks. The bricks will be relaid in place mortared in such as to form a control joint to line up with the control joint in the same wall above the window. I will keep you posted with progress pictures as we go along.
