Existing-House_Fix-To-Restore-Structural-Integrity-Of-Cut-Framing-OseH1-102

This existing house that has been currently lying vacant is being fixed up for occupancy. This house has cut framing for a dormer in the front wall of the house.

It appears that the dormer was an after thought and had been added after the original construction of the house. There are tell tales of cut framing and from the looks of it the cut framing issue had not been satisfactorily resolved.

Here are some pictures of the house. In the next post I will show you the cut framing and the proposed fix.
