In my Feb-26-2007 post on Enhancement-of-Storage-Warehouse-Wayne-Michigan, I talked about the building owner's intent to build a block wall just inside of the metal-sided North wall of the complex.

I had earlier worked on a demising wall at the West end of this complex -- there a concrete block masonry wall was built. I will present the details on that in another post.

Back to the situation at hand, as I had discussed in my last post on this, I had proposed to the facility owner that there were other feasible options, I mean other than constructing a block masonry wall just inside of the metal-sided wall.
