The energy efficient building with ICF (insulating concrete form) basement walls has all metal stud walls above the basement level. The stairs are of structural steel stringers and concrete filled metal pan treads.

In my post Angelicas-Place-Assisted-Living-in-Romeo-Michigan_Metal-Studs-in-Basement I talked about the construction of metal stud walls in the interior of the basement.

After that I talked about the Stud walls above Second Floor in Angelicas-Place-Assisted-Living-in-Romeo-Michigan_Steel-Stud-Walls-Above-Second-Floor.

Harlow and Sons are the contractors for this energy efficient building using ICF walls in basement.

I present here some pictures of the Steel Stud Walls and steel stair stringers in the Angelica's Place building. I will keep you posted with progress pictures as we go along.
