Angelica's Place is an energy efficient building with ICF walls at Basement Level, and Metal Stud Walls above First Floor.

in one of my earlier posts.
All the walls including the exterior load bearing walls above First Floor are of light gage steel stud construction.
Harlow and Sons are the contractors for this energy efficient building using ICF walls in basement.
I present here some pictures of the unloading and handling of light gage open web steel joists and then the start of erection of the joists for the Second Floor deck. I will keep you posted with progress pictures as we go along.
