GlasRoc sheathing has been used for the exterior metal stud walls above First Floor.
I talked about Angelicas-Place-Assisted-Living-in-Romeo-Michigan_Steel-Stud-Walls-Above-First-Floor
in my last post.
All the walls including the exterior load bearing walls above First Floor are of light gage steel stud construction. The exterior Basement Walls are of ICF construction and the interior walls at the Basement level are of metal stud construction.
Harlow and Sons are the contractors for this energy efficient building using ICF walls in basement.
I present here some pictures of the GlasRoc Sheating for Stud Walls above the First Floor. I will keep you posted with progress pictures as we go along.
