Our Recent-Projects Include New Construction As-Well-As Addition and Renovation of House, Commercial, Condo, Light-Industrial, Multi-Family Buildings, ...

As I had indicated in my post of Jan-11-2007 on Boulder-Retaining-Wall-at-North-End-of-Driveway_for-Stehr-House-in-Highland-Twp-Michigan, the shell of the house was practically completed by end of Dec-2006. it was the understanding upfront that after the completion of the shell of the house STEHRs would do most of the work themselves.

I will be following the progress on the project and provide periodic updates on my website.

I was at the project site on Friday Feb-02-2007 -- most of the exterior doors are in including that for the Garage at the First Floor level, as well as that for the future Boat Storage at the lower level. The main door at the lower level has not been installed yet -- apparently the supplier shipped the door that is wider than what the plans had called for -- so that is being sorted out.

Detroit Edison, the electric utility has been out to make the electric hookup from the pole mounted transformer across the private road at the Nort-West end of the property to the house.

STEHRs have been busy. I am posting some pictures to keep you updated with the progress on the house.
