Rosie O'Grady's Restaurant & Pub on 23 Mile Road in Chesterfield Twp Michigan -- Building Addition and Upgrading

As the work on the addition to the existing facility nears completion, work needed inside the building has begun. Inside a sort of balcony would be featured at nominally the level of the Second floor of the addition. So there would be some structural work for balcony supports and stairs inside leading to the balcony.

Marler Harlow has worked out the logistics and worked out a schedule so any work inside the building would not require the Restaurant and Pub to be shut down. So all work inside the existing Restaurant and Pub starts at 6:00 in the morning and everything is cleaned up for the 11:00 AM opening -- Good Job at working out the logistics and scheduling!

Here are some pictures of the column footings that were poured this morning, and there are also some pictures of a wall opening that needs to be created and headered for the Smoking Room at the upper level. I will keep you posted as we move along.
