Concrete placement was schudled to begin at 12:00 noon on May-28-2010. Because of some logistical problems the pump could not get to the site until about 1:30 PM. Once the concrete work did begin Placing-Concrete-in-ICF-Basement-Walls-Building-in-Ann-Arbor-Michigan-Project-EneE1DomM1-101 did proceed smoothly

Mark Ross had made sure each crew member knew what one was supposed to do and Mark provided help and counsel as needed to provide special training for the crew, in use, handling, and concreting of the IntegraSpec ICF wall system. 3000 psi concrete with nominally 5% air was placed at nominally 4.5" slump.

Here are some pictures of the concreting of the IntegraSpec ICF blocks for the basement walls -- I will keep you posted with more details and pictures as we progress further along.
