The site preparation and the excavation went relatively smoothly and footings for the New-ICF-Building-in-Ann-Arbor-Michigan-Project-EneE1DomM1-101 started immediately as soons as a dry day was available.

The soil in the area is pretty decent -- we did have to use stone in the areas of over dig. The sides of the footings utilize Form-A-Drain to do double duty as form-work as well as a peripheral drain. The footings use 3000 psi concrete and ASTM A615 Grade 60 reinforcing steel.

Here are some pictures of the footings in place -- I will keep you posted with more details and pictures as we progress further along.
